5.2 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses We also do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout.

Provide detailed photographs of the damaged packaging and items. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7.2 Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

8. Returns and Exchanges 8.1 Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

8.2 Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
